The Wickets are set to record the crowd pleasers written since Big Animals, straight to tape. The pick of the bunch to be released on vinyl (size and speed to be confirmed) - they continue to book and gig as much as the gods of fate allow, filling up their diary and will be found anywhere/everywhere as the year progresses.

The Human Targets are back from their whirlwind tour of Europe. Their 'Stick to your Guns' Ep is out now and can be bought from any of their upcoming gigs. Recorded to tape at Mesters; it sounds great.

My First Band - ALMOST ALMOST there with the final album in the 4 part cycle - expected release before you know it. If that is not enough, they have dates booked in to record some new stuff. Congratulations to Jim (on bass) + Lynda for bringing a new born along for the ride!

Mesters is now pleased to offer a fully comprehensive tape to digital transfer service for all domestic, semi-pro and professional analogue and digital formats.
From 1/8" 8 track to 2" 16 track, including DAT masters and ADAT multitrack tapes.
Transfer is done directly from tape machine via high end AD convertors to computer.
If required, we can clean up any over abundance of tape hiss and noise. Completed transfers can be converted to any format.

The Sunflowers successfully returned to Mesters in full to record together for the first time in 10 years. They brought the sunshine and heliotherapy and laid down some great tracks. Don't leave it so long next time.

Chips for the Poor have released their new 7" 'Tell Your Mum Bolan's Back' on Invisible Spies. It sounds great and it was all recorded live to tape at Mesters. It's out now and is available online.
